We request the following from all tenants to ensure a successful 6 / 9/ 12 month tenancy: Previous landlord references, Letters of employment, Photo ID, Bank Statements, Proof of PPS Number. Prior to the tenant moving in we carry out the following procedures: Collection of a Security deposit and the first months 1 Month Rent, Set up a standing order from the tenants account directly to your account, Transfer of ESB & GAS bills into the tenants name, Collect and record the Stamp duty if applicable, Inventory list – list of all furniture signed by the tenant, Registration of all details with the PRTB (PRTB charge €90) where applicable, A tenancy lease is produced and signed in duplicate, one for the landlord and one for the tenant. At the end of the tenancy, We will discuss with the tenants and aim to secure them for a renewed tenancy term if required.
